Nothing Bundt Cakes has an opening for an Assistant Manager in our Millbrae-Burlingame location. We are a family-owned business seeking an exceptional individual with well-honed organizational skills and an outgoing personality to help manage a winning team.

Expectations:

- Be prepared to provide an outstanding customer experience

- Be able to motivate and manage our guest services team with a strong sense of professional autonomy and ownership

- Be comfortable managing multiple tasks concurrently while ensuring each customer experience, in person and by phone

- Have a sense of urgency and attention to detail

- Take charge personality - willing to step in and lead when problems arise - handles such situations with cool headed thinking

- Be excellent in supporting guests services staff to achieve bakery sales goals

Responsibilities may include:

- Maintain the cleanliness of the bakery

- Maintain wait times, service and convenience

- Project a positive attitude

- Lead guest service by example at all times
